Car flag pole information

We make 2 types of car flags that can be used for 2 types of
car flag poles.
Depending on how your car flags will be used determines which
car flag set you should use.
Car flags can either be 1ply (single sided) or 2ply (Double
sided), 2ply make the flag heavier so it is recommend you use a
stiff pole.
Common variations you can have are:
- Economy car flag 1ply 100D polyester with either 43cm
flexible or 50cm stiff car flag pole.
- Economy car flag 2ply 100D polyester with either 43cm
flexible or 50cm stiff car flag pole.
- Premium car flag 1ply knitted polyester with a 50cm stiff car flag pole
- Premium car flag 2ply knitted polyester with a 50cm stiff car flag pole
Economy car flag 1ply 100D polyester with
either 43cm flexible or 50cm stiff car flag pole.
This car flag is either screen printed or digital printed on
1ply single sided 100D polyester material, the size of the flag
is 11" x 15" and it can come with either 43cm flexible or 50cm
stiff car flag pole.
Economy car flags are really made
for frequent use and going no faster than 30-45kmh.

Economy car flag 2ply 100D polyester with

This car flag is screen printed or digital printed on 2
pieces of material and then sewn together making it a 2ply
double sided flag. This size of the flag is 11" x 15" and it
comes with a 43cm flexible pole or 50cm pole made from
polypropylene.
It is recommend when you have
2ply car flags you always have the 50cm stiff pole for
driving long distances and on highways, Driving on highways with 100D poly will give the car flags limted life.

Premium car flag 1ply knitted polyester with
50cm stiff car flag pole
This type of car flag can be screen or digital printed as the
material is knitted polyester the size of the flag is 11" x 15"
and comes 50cm stiff car flag pole.
These car flags are the premium ones they will last longer
and can be driven at higher speeds up to 80-90km when using
the 50cm stiff pole with knitted polyester material.
The cost for these is also higher than the economy ones.

This car flag can be screen printed or Digital printed on 2
pieces of material and then sewn together making it a 2ply
double sided flag with knitted polyester material, the size of
the flag is 11" x 15" and it can come with a 50cm stiff car flag
pole. The 43cm flexible pole is not recommend.
These car flags are much heavier as they are 2ply made with
knitted polyester they need to have either 50cm stiff pole for
them to last these are the premuim car flags
