2) What is your refund policy? 

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee starting from when the flags leave our factory once this period is over we except no responsibility to the flag or flags.

3) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

1) Flags delivery, custom made designs may take up to 12-14 working days depending on the size of the order.

2) Stocked flags delivery, registered mail 1-6 business working days.
