I so very much appreciate all your hard work on designing our flag. As an attack helicopter company in Afghanistan, one of our challenges was to instill a sense of unity into our company composed of soldiers from multiple states. Thank you for your follow-up. It's nice to see that some companies do have some customer service skills.

We are a startup fixed base operation company who is in the final research stages before financial backing is acquired and the doors are opened for business. The flag quote was requested so that we could include the appropriate numbers into our business plans and financial forecasts. At this time we haven't made a decision on whether or not we will have a company flag built, and if so, which company will do the work for us. It was something that a potential investor asked about so we included the costs in our forecasts. At this stage, your company has given the most informative quote and the price differences are negligible. Going with the customer service and quality wins out over low rates for mediocre product.
